A single cask, single vintage whisky distilled at GlenAllachie distillery back in 2007, and bottled by Signatory Vintage as part of their Cask Strength range.

This classic Speyside whisky has been aged in a single first fill sherry butt for fully 15 years, producing a spirit packed with juicy, spicy flavours.

Drinkers can expect chocolate covered peanuts, vanilla, cinnamon, oak, cloves, nutmeg, marmalade, date scones, buttery and sweet dessert wine.

Rich and decadent, and bottled at a powerful 65.3% ABV, this is a perfect example of a sherry cask single malt whisky.

Just 607 bottles were produced.
