Do we ship to your country?

Do you ship to the USA?

Yes, we do in fact ship to the United States of America. Please refer to our Shipping Page to see the details.

How quickly will my delivery arrive?

We do our best to ensure the fastest possible delivery of your order, and therefore we will always dispatch your order within one business day. To see the exact delivery estimates for your location, please visit our Shipping Page.

Can you gift wrap the bottles?

We are unfortunately unable to offer gift wrapping for any orders. Our number one priority is to ensure that your package will arrive safely and in perfect condition, and our current, safe packaging doesn't allow us to gift wrap.

Which payment options do I have?

We accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, and Bank Transfer.

What happens if my parcel is damaged upon arrival?

We send thousands of packages every month, and only a handful are damaged or have problems. However, if your package is visibly defect (wet or damaged in any other way) or shows signs of having been tampered with, please sign for it as 'delivered damaged' - don't refuse delivery. Please contact us immediately if this happens.

If you find that any items in your order is damaged after taking delivery of your order, please document the damage in detail by taking photos and emailing them to us so we can arrange for a quick replacement of the damaged item(s).

Is there a minimum order?

We currently have no minimum order amount - we are happy to just ship 1 sample or 1 bottle.
