Batch 8 of GlenAllachie’s highly regarded 10 year old cask strength bottling.

For this bottling, GlenAllachie’s legendary Master Distillery has pulled out all the stops, combining parcels of spirit aged in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez puncheons, and whisky drawn from virgin oak and rioja casks.

The end result is a dram that offers notes of toasted nuts, burnt sugar, allspice, raisins, dark chocolate, caramelised orange rind, coffee beans, toffee, red grapes, prunes, figs, banana pudding, ginger, cloves, black pepper and charred oak.

Bottled at a robust 57.2% ABV, this is a fully flavoured and full bodied single malt.
