The third in a series of small batch, cask strength bottlings from newly revived distillery, Glenallachie!

This whisky has been aged for ten years in a combination of first fill sherry casks, Oloroso casks and Pedro Ximénez barrels.

The result is a richly fruity and delicious dram, that serves up flavours of dark chocolate, orange rind, cinnamon, dried fruits, old wood, hefty malt, apples, honey, figs, cherries, prunes, sweet sherry and wine tannins.

The spirit is bottled at a fiery cask strength of 58.2% ABV and without chill filtration or colouration, allowing the natural characteristics of the bottling to take hold.

Just 3,500 bottles were produced.
