The Edradour distillery is known for only filling a small number of barrels per year, which is why its always exciting when a new “Straight From The Cask” single malt whisky is released from them. This one was distilled and laid down in a single Sherry butt on the 10th of December 2002, and it was then left to rest for 10 long years, before being bottled on the 16th of May, 2013. The outturn was of 989 bottles, all of which come in a great looking, little, wooden box.
