A beautiful small batch bottling of single malt whisky from the Edradour distillery.

This Highland dram spent its entire 11 year maturation in first-fill Sauternes wine hogsheads, imparting a fruity sweetness to the final product.

The whisky offers notes of sweet juicy apricots, grapes, apples, malt, toffee, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, sweet oak, honeysuckle and fresh brioche.

Bottled at 48.2% for a little more body, this is a really delicious and well made whisky.
