While it looks to not have been aged at all, this rum is actually a blend of rums aged for up to three years. After ageing, the rums are then charcoal filtered to remove any colour generated by the ageing process, only retaining the flavours. This is a dry rum with a creamy mouthfeel and prominent notes of sweet vanilla. A great rum for mixing fruity, summer cocktails.
