A delicious single cask, single malt whiskey from Irish distillery West Cork.

This dram has been bottled for The Nectar, a Belgian importer and bottler (note the crossed Irish and Belgian flags on the label).

This dram has been aged in heavily charred Bourbon barrels, before being finished in lightly toasted American white oak casks.

The Nectar are known for picking out top quality casks, and this is no exception: a delicious Irish single malt that serves up notes of chocolate, plums, tangerine slices, baked apples, honey, charred oak, pencil shavings, and Christmas spices.

Bottled at a cask strength of 56%, this is a warming and full bodied dram.

One of the best whiskies to come out of West Cork so far.
