A rich Irish whiskey from West Cork.
This blended dram is made with a combination of 75% grain and 25% malt whiskies. After being matured in first fill Bourbon casks, before being finished in stout casks from the Blacks of Kinsale brewery.
The result is a decadent, chocolatey whiskey with notes of dried fruits, dark chocolate, espresso, vanilla, nuts, burnt malt, toffee, tropical fruits, and some slight hoppy bitterness.
