A top notch single cask Glenallachie from Signatory Vintage’s Cask Strength Collection.

This whisky was distilled on the 24th of September 2007 and bottled on the 2nd of June 2020, having been aged in a first fill sherry butt for 12 years.

The result is a lovely, well sherried Highlander, with notes of toffee apple, ginger, nuts, cedarwood, tobacco, cherry, vanilla, milk chocolate, black pepper, dried fruits, malt, espresso and chilli powder.

Bottled at an extremely powerful cask strength of 64.8% ABV, this bottling is an intense drinking experience.
