Another tasty Edradour bottling from Signatory.

Signatory should know a thing or two about picking out good quality Edradour whiskies – they’ve owned the distillery since 2002.

This sherry cask dram was distilled on the 21st of September 2007, and bottled on the 23rd of November 2017, having aged for 10 years in cask number 320.

The result is a classic Highland dram, rich in wood spices and dried fruits, this has the typical “Christmas cake” character of good quality sherried malts. Drinkers should expect flavours of toffee, nutmeg, cinnamon, anise, dried fruit, citrus rind, vanilla, butterscotch and heather honey.

This dram is bottled at 46% ABV, and as ever with this illustrious series, without chill filtration or artificial colouration.

A really well crafted whisky, that fans of Sherried Highland malts would definitely enjoy.
