A cracking dram from Edradour distillery, bottled by Dutch outfit The Ultimate Whisky Company.

This whisky was distilled on the 17th of November 2010 and bottled on the 8th of January 2020, having aged for 9 years in a single first fill sherry butt.

The result is a real sherry bomb, with intense flavours of clove, cinnamon, anise, dark oak, sherry, red grapes, raisins, dried cherries and apricots, toasted walnut, vanilla, dark chocolate and malt.

Bottled at a cask strength of 59% ABV, this is an incredibly rich sherried whisky, absolutely packed with flavour.
