Distilled at the Edradour distillery on the 17th of November, 2000, and aged in what we can only assume to be a very active first fill cask (just look at the colour of this beauty), this is a true sherry monster! It was bottled at cask strength with no colouring or chillfiltration on the 9th of March, 2015, after spending the entirety of its maturation in a single sherry cask (cask no. 3143) which yielded a total of 666 bottles.
