One of the best looking whisky ranges around, Edradour’s Ibisco decanter series matches fantastic flavours to its stylish presentation. Much sought after, these bottlings are single cask, cask strength whiskies from one of Scotland’s smallest distilleries. This particular offering is a single sherry cask distilled on the 28th of August 2002, and bottled on the 24 of March 2017, making it fully 14 years old. The whisky itself has lovely notes of dried citrus peel, baking spices, cooked apples with a little dark chocolate. This whisky has been bottled at a natural cask strength of 56.6% ABV, with no chill filtration or artificial colouration, as close to straight from the cask as possible. Only 697 “decanters” of this whisky were created, meaning that stock is highly limited. This bottling comes complete with a handsome presentation tube, and would make an excellent gift for any whisky lover.
