A ludicrously rich and sherried whisky bottled by Signatory Un-Chillfiltered from Edradour distillery, which they own.

This dram matured in a sherry cask for 10 years, having been distilled on the 11th of December 2009 and bottled on the 31st of January 2020.

The result is a massive sherry bomb. We don’t usually comment on the colour of whisky at Fine Drams, but this cola-hued dram deserves a mention! And it is entirely natural.

Drinkers can expect notes of rich jammy plums, figs, raisins, toffee, dark chocolate, espresso, caramelised malt, sherried oak, leather, cherries, dessert wine, cloves, orange rind, dark honey and vanilla.

The spirit is bottled at 46% ABV and without chill filtration (as one would imagine) only increasing its richness and intensity.

An absolute belter.
