A superb 10 year old that continues this trend, this bottling is a single cask release, the spirit was distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2018 after aging in a sherry butt.

This is a wonderful Highland dram, that pairs Edradour’s robust spirit with the fruity, spicy qualities that sherry casks offer.

The whisky provides flavours of plums, prunes, dried fruit, woodspice, sweet sherry, wine tannins, dark honey, oak, chocolate, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.

Bottled at a hefty 59% ABV, and without chill filtration or colouration, this really is a whisky “Straight From The Cask”.
