Bottled as part of the Signatory Un-Chillfiltered collection, this 10 year old single malt from the small Edradour distillery was distilled on the 28th of November, then laid to rest in cask no. 398 before being bottled on the 27th of January, 2015. As all bottles under the Signatory Un-Chillfiltered brand, this is without chill-filtration and caramel colouring.
