A superb single malt from the Edradour distillery, bottled as part of their 2003 vintage range where all single malts were fully matured in ex-wine barrels. This particular release spent 10 years in ex-Sauternes casks, imparting the deep, sweet and delicate aromas and flavours found in Sauternes wine.
