A good quality blended Irish whiskey from West Cork distillery.

This blend comprises of 25% malt and 75% grain, matured initially in former Bourbon casks, and finished in IPA Casks from Irish brewery Blacks of Kinsale.

The result is a fascinating dram, with flavours of roasted nuts, sweet cereals, subtle malt, pineapple, mango, spice and bright, bittering hops with some herbal undertones.
