This miniature presents another interesting variation on the Filliers Classic Dry Gin 28.
Filliers distillery was first established in 1880, and has been family owned for 5 generations. The Dry Gin 28 was first created in 1928, and is also made with 28 different botanicals – distilled separately in groups of fruit and herbs in two traditional copper pot stills.
This version of the gin adds extra tangerine, giving the final product a rich, zingy and juicy citrus note that is supported by more herbaceous and bittersweet juniper and botanical flavours.
A wonderful chance to try an interesting and delicious Belgian gin.
