A miniature of Filliers’ delicious sloe gin. Based upon their terrific Dry Gin 28, which is so named because it contains a mind-boggling 28 different botanicals (1928 was also the year that Filliers first produced this gin).

This liqueur macerates wild sloe berries into the gin, to produce a flavoursome and fruity spirit drink with a deep red colour.

Drinkers can expect rich flavours of cherries, raspberries, plums, prunes and dried figs, with a strong, herbal, juniper note underpinning the whole thing.

Delicious served neat, over ice or dashed into cocktails for a little more depth, this sample is a delightful little serving of this fine liqueur.
