A wonderfully Sherried whisky from Edradour and The Ultimate Whisky Company.

This 2011 vintage single malt from Highland distillery Edradour has been aged entirely in a first fill Sherry Butt. The spirit was bottled in May 2020 with a final age of nine years and a fearsome strength of 57.3%.

This dram offers up notes of prunes, cherries, toasted malt, sultanas, fresh ripe plums, charred oak, dried apricot, dark chocolate, sweet wine and caramel.

Thick and full bodied, this is a terrific whisky with an unusual cask type.

Just 629 bottles were produced.
