An intensely flavoursome bottling from Edradour, bottled by the Ultimate Whisky Company as part of their much loved Cask Strength series.

A single cask, single vintage whisky, distilled on the 28th of January 2011, and bottled on the 16th of April 2020. The spirit has a final age of nine years old, having been aged in a first fill sherry butt.

The final result is a richly flavoured whisky, with notes of intense polished wood, waxy malt, dark chocolate, vanilla, espresso, leather, lemon, nuts, dried fruits, peppery spice, fresh bread, orange peel and bananas.

Bottled at fiery cask strength of 58.5% ABV and without chill filtration or colouration, this is a naturally powerful whisky.

Just 648 bottles were produced.
