This 2010 vintage dram has been matured in a (particularly active!) first fill sherry cask for 9 years.

The result is an intensely flavoursome and well-integrated single malt. This dram offers up notes of powerful dried fruits, toffee’d malt, cinnamon, dark chocolate, toasted nuts, old oak, leather, stewed grapes, vanilla, white pepper, damsons, cherries and orange rind.

Bottled at a robust cask strength of 58.6% ABV, and without chill filtration or colouration, this is a formidable and rich whisky.
