A 2008 vintage, this whisky was distilled in that year on the 24th of October, and bottled 11 years and one day later, on the 25th of October 2019. The spirit was aged in former Bourbon casks, producing a rich, creamy and complex dram.
This bottling offers notes chocolate flapjacks, nutmeg, apricots, peppery spice, milk chocolate, barrel char, apples, slight mint, buttered popcorn and intense, sweet toffee.
The whisky is presented at a natural cask strength of 56.4% ABV, and without chill filtration or colouration, ensuring that the drinker enjoys the full benefit of this whisky’s natural character.
