A delicious single cask Edradour, bottled by Signatory Vintage for their Un-Chillfiltered Collection.

Matured for 10 years, this dram has been aged in a single Sherry butt, and was bottled in March 2021.

The end result is a cracking dram that serves up flavours of chocolate raisins, Christmas cake, dried figs, slightly damp oak, crunchy malt, citrus oils and some subtle leather.
