Unpeated Caol Ila is not a common sight, yet Diageo still choose to include it in their special releases. For good reason – It’s delicious. Released as part of the 2014 Special Releases, this edition was distilled in 1998, and matured entirely in first fill bourbon casks for a period of 15 years. It was bottled at a rather intense strength of 60.3% ABV with an outturn of 10.668 bottles.
