A high quality single cask bottling of Ballechin (Edradour’s smoky spirit) from Dutch bottlers, the Ultimate.

Matured in a single Bourbon cask (number 166) for 11 years, this has imparted, creamy vanilla flavours to the peaty dram.

This whisky delivers flavours of light, grassy peat, with an assertive charcoal and oak note, and touches of cherry, smoked malt, coffee and heather honey.

Bottled at a huge cask strength of 59.6% ABV, and without either chill filtration or colouration, this is a whisky full in flavour and mouthfeel.

Peaty, but with the typical Highland notes that Edradour does so well.

Only 220 bottles were produced.
