A top quality single cask release from this historic Irish whiskey brand, now produced at Cooley distillery.
Tyrconnell (through its original distillers, Watt ¬– who appear on the label to this day) dates back to 1762. The brand is named after, and features on its label, a chestnut colt who won the National Produce Stakes at odds of 100 to 1.
Drinkers will enjoy far better odds of a delicious dram with this single malt Irish whiskey! A lovely dram that has been matured for 14 years in cask number 206196. This is a wonderfully well balance spirit, with a nutty character, featuring flavours of barley sugar, warm malt, honey and mangos. The mouthfeel is creamy and soft.
Bottled at 46% ABV, the extra proof makes for a warming and flavoursome dram.
Each bottle comes with its own handsome wooden presentation box.
