Another excellent collaboration from Teeling distillery!

This time the Irish whiskey company have joined forces with Maison Ferrand’s highly regarded Plantation rum brand.

This limited edition small batch bottling has been finished in fresh rum barrels from the Caribbean. The choice of rum casks for an additional maturation is a wise one, as the sweet notes of the Caribbean spirit pair perfectly with the grassy caramel flavours of Irish whiskey.

The final result is an approachable and sweet dram, with notes of banana, pineapple, mango, grassy cereal sweetness, toffee, cream, honey, clove, citrus peel, nutmeg and a touch of woody spice.

Bottled at 46% ABV and without chill filtration or artificial colouring, this is a full-bodied and flavoursome whiskey.
