Another Teeling whiskey that has been produced through collaboration between Teeling and a brewery, this time round, it’s Dublin’s DOT Brew!

The spirit starts with Teeling’s signature Small Batch Irish whiskey, which is then finished in casks seasoned with Amber Ale from DOT.

This additional aging lends the whiskey extra warmth, sweetness and complexity.

The whiskey serves up notes of warming baking spice, sweet grass, apple, lemon rind, vanilla, resinous pine wood, malty biscuits, white chocolate, orange, toffee, thick pastry cream and some slight hoppy beer.

Bottled at 46% ABV, this is a luscious and satisfying dram.
