A wonderfully matured Irish Single Malt from Teeling distillery. The expression is named Renaissance, as it marks the return of distilling to Dublin, and the revival of Ireland’s distilling industry as a whole.

This whiskey was matured initially in former Bourbon casks, before an 18 month finishing period in ex-Madeira barrels. The spirit was bottled in November 2019.

This dram serves up notes of apples, figs, raisins, cherries, caramel, grassy malt, roses, apricot, cinnamon, cloves, banana bread, milk chocolate, dessert wine and dusty oak.

The spirit is bottled at 46% ABV and without chill filtration or colouration, ensuring that the full flavour and body of this dram can really assert itself.

Another top notch whisky from what is now one of the most prominent distilleries of the Irish revival.
