A beautifully blush damson (blue plum) liqueur from fruit liqueur experts, Nusbaumer.

First produced in 2008, the liqueur is made from a combination of brandy and damson juice from fruit grown in the Alsace region.

The final product delivers notes of sugar plums, plum jam, dark berries, brown sugar, pepper, vanilla and a subtle nuttiness.

Nusbaumer recommend enjoying this liqueur in a kir with sparkling wine, or mixed with Alsatian white wine.
