An excellent fruit liqueur from the expert distillers at Nusbaumer.
The spirit is produced by infusing fresh raspberries in a raspberry brandy that was made the year prior. Sugar syrup is then added, before the liqueur is diluted with water from the Vosges.
The final product offers notes of sweet, jammy raspberries, tangy red fruit, white sugar, slight peppery spice, a little sourness and subtle citrus.
Perfect for cocktails or serving simply over ice.
