A classic liqueur from the Alsatian fruit distillation specialists, Nusbaumer.
This product has been made with sweet yellow Mirabelle plums grown in the Nancy AOP. These fruits are then infused with a mirabelle brandy made the previous year. After this infusion, a sugar syrup is added, as is water from the Vosges, reducing the liqueur down to 35 per cent ABV.
The final product is a liqueur rich in notes of flowers, fragrant plums, plum jam, subtle dried fruit, slight peppery warmth, honey and white sugar.
Delicious served ice cold after a meal.
