A limited edition Japanese single malt whisky from the Kanosuke Distillery.

Kanosuke is a distillery based in the Kagoshima Prefecture, in Japan’s southern Kyushu island.

This dram uses spirit distilled in all three of Kanosuke’s pot stills and has been aged in a combination of barrels, with sherry casks the most important component.

The result is a spirit that offers notes of plums, cinnamon, lemon rind, honey, dried cherries, raisins, prunes, cloves, old oak, wine tannins, dark chocolate, tiramisu, leather and pepper.

Bottled at 59% ABV, this is a rich and intense whisky.
