A powerfully flavoured strawberry liqueur from Joseph Cartron. Found in Nuits-Saint-Georges, in the heart of the winemaking country of Burgundy, France, Joseph Carton has been making liqueurs since 1882.

This beautiful, fragrant crème de fraise is produced using Plougestel strain and wild strawberries, creating a liqueur that is not as sickly sweet as some, instead offering an intense wild strawberry flavour.

Strawberry liqueur is a required ingredient in the classic Rossini cocktail, named after the Italian opera composer, Gioachino Antonio Rossini.
