A limited edition Jura released in 2017, designed to celebrate “One and All” who make up the community on the island itself. Inhabitants of the island are known as Diurachs, a name Jura often refer to in their branding.

This beautiful 20 year old has been created by Richard Paterson, the power behind Dalmore, who is known as “The Nose” for his peerless blending abilities.

The single has been matured in a dizzying mixture of casks, including sherry, American former Bourbon barrels, sparkling Cabernet France, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon casks.

One could say it has enjoyed “one and all” cask maturation varieties. The result is a densely flavoured and complex whisky, with beautiful flavours of black tea, dark toffee, chocolate, vanilla, warm malt, smouldering oak, peat, red fruits, sweet grape juice and Christmas spices.

A truly fantastic Jura, the whisky is bottled at 51% ABV and without chill filtration.

A must-try bottling of this famous island distillery.
