After spending 18 years in Oloroso sherry and Bourbon casks, the whisky is then transferred into oak tuns for a three month marrying period, resulting in an extra smooth and harmonious single malt whisky. The 18 years of maturation results in a flavour profile with mellow notes of caramelized apple, cinnamon and a robust oak influence.
