A larger version of Glenfarclas’s excellent 18 year old single malt. This bottling was first released for the travel market.

Sherried, in the classical Glenfarclas style, the dram has been aged for 18 years in Oloroso casks.

Glenfarclas 18 serves up flavours of nutty chocolate, cream, oak, peach, sherry, vanilla, figs, dates, prunes, toffee, citrus rind, pineapple and lemon, with a little grassy floral flavour.

A well-balanced and delicate whisky, with a good level of maturity.

Bottled at 43% ABV for a touch more warmth, the whisky is natural in colour.

A terrific bottling from this venerable Speysider.
