The second release of Fettercairn’s 16 Year Old expression.

This Highland single malt whisky is a 2021 vintage, and has aged in a combination of Oloroso and Palo Cortado Sherry butts, giving it a great balance and complexity.

Palo Cortado is a rare variety of Sherry that sits somewhere between the rich Oloroso and the drier, crisper Amontillado – so this dram is a chance to try something a little unusual!

Expect notes of dried figs, raisins, dark chocolate, coconut, vanilla, walnut, dried apricots, oak, oily malt, cinnamon, toasted bread and orange rind.

Bottled at 46.4% ABV and without chill filtration, this a warming dram of great body.
