The Dictador XO Perpetual is aged in a selection of the finest ex-bourbon barrels, and ex-sherry casks from Jerez Spain. As with all of their rums, this one is also aged using their infamous “secret” solera system, for which they’ve created a special method to keep the barrels as full as possible at all times, allowing for more contact with the wood. Another well-made rum from the Colombian Dictador distillery!
