A delightful 10 year old rum from the Caribbean coast of Colombia.
The spirit begins as “virgin sugar cane honey” which is distilled in both traditional copper alembics and continuous columns, giving it a mix of heavy and light rum styles for a well balanced body. This rum has been aged for 10 years in Quercus Humbolti, or Colombian white oak.
The final product possesses notes of sticky figs and dates, brown sugar, fresh cane, caramel, cream, honey, mango, bright oak, toasted coconut flakes, almonds, hazelnut, ginger, and mixed spice.
A well balanced, spicy and sweet rum, the Colombian oak gives this rum a unique profile.
