From the Colombian distillery, Dictador, comes this 12 year old rum. Rather than being distilled from molasses, this rum is made from sugar cane honey distilled in both continuous column and alembic stills, resulting in medium bodied rum. It is aged in refill casks using the solera method, resulting in a well-balanced and fairly complex rum. A quality introduction to their excellent range of well-aged rums.
