A very nice semi-dark rum from Dictador. Distilled in Colombia from the “virgin honey of the sugar cane”, this rum is produced in a column still, before being aged for 100 months (or 8 and a third years) in ex-bourbon casks. It is bottled at 40% by a Polish company in Japanese designed bottles! This rum is splendid both neat and in cocktails. A spicy, oaky rum, with high-notes of cacao and banoffee pie. Particularly fantastic in Mai Tai cocktails.
