A high quality amber Rhum Agricole from Habitation Clement.

Unlike most other rums, made with either molasses or another sugar refinery byproduct, Rhum Agricole is produced using the fermented juice of the sugar cane. This creates a grassier, more fragrant spirit, with a subtler sugar note.

That character is perfectly on show with this lightly aged bottling, which has spent 12 months in oak casks, giving it a little colour and rounding off the rougher edges of the spirit.

Clement Ambre serves up tasty notes of fresh cane, clear honey, tropical fruit and vanilla.

Makes a cracking Ti’ Punch, and is delicious enjoyed simply over ice on a hot day.
