Clements single casks are distilled using only Blue sugar cane, said to be one of the very best can varieties on the market. The rum was distilled and laid down to mature in a single bourbon cask in October of 2003. It was then bottled 10 years late on the 5th of December, 2013, with a total bottle count of just 459, all individually numbered. The whisky itself is characterized mainly by its rich, vanilla intensity.
