An interesting aged edition of Clément’s Canne Bleue, given a fresh redesign for the expression’s 20th anniversary.

Canne Bleue is produced using only blue sugar cane, and is a single varietal bottling from the distillery. Blue sugar cane is known for its high quality and rich flavour.

This aged rendition contains a blend of rums aged for between 3 to 11 years in Bourbon oak casks.

The result is a rum that offers notes of cocoa nibs, dried tropical fruits (pineapple and banana), rich vanilla, succulent cane, toffee, light oak, tobacco leaf, orange rind and some subtle sea breeze.
