A very high quality single batch rum from the Martinique-based Rhum Clement.

This spirit has been made using blue sugar cane, a highly prized variety. Rhum Clement pioneered the ‘single varietal rum’, as shown by this expertly made offering.

The spirit was aged for four years and nine months in American bourbon barrels, producing a rum that offers notes of grassy, peppered sugar cane, vanilla, sweet oak, lime rind, mango, pineapple, bananas, raisins, some slight funk and green herbs.

A delicious, succulent rhum agricole, only 12,000 bottles are available from this batch.
