The Caol Ila Stitchell Reserve is a rather unusual Islay single malt, as it is entirely unpeated, and it is from from a distillery only known for producing big, bold and peaty malts. This whisky is matured in both refill and rejuvenated American Oak and ex-bodega European oak casks, and bottled at cask strength.
